CCI approves combination of many entities into InterGlobe Hotels

NEW DELHI, AUG 06, 2026: THE Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the proposed combination inter alia involving share acquisition(s) and merger of certain entities into InterGlobe Hotels Private Limited.

The Proposed Combination envisages the related transactions and merger of AAPC India Hotel Management Private Limited (AAPC India), Caddie Hotels Private Limited (Caddie), Triguna Hospitality Ventures (India) Private Limited (Triguna), and others viz. Srilanand Mansions Private Limited (SMPL), Techpark Hotels Private Limited (Techpark) and Accent Hotels Private Limited (Accent), with and into InterGlobe Hotels Private Limited (IGH).

Interglobe Enterprises Private Limited is an investment holding company wholly owned and controlled by the Bhatia Family. AAPC Singapore Pte. Ltd., wholly owned and controlled by Accor S.A. (Accor), the ultimate holding company of Accor group, is engaged in management consultancy services for hotels outside India.

IGH, AAPC India, Triguna and Caddie are entities owned and controlled jointly by the Bhatia Family Group and the Accor Group.

IGH is engaged in (a) owning and developing Accor-branded hotels managed by AAPC India; (b) leasing office building and commercial space; and (c) providing consultancy and support services (on a captive basis), in India. AAPC India is engaged in: (a) managing Accor-branded hotels; (b) franchising Accor-branded hotels; and (c) providing consultancy services for Accor-branded hotels, in India. Triguna is an investment holding company. Caddie is engaged in (a) owning and developing Accor-branded hotels, which are operated/ managed by AAPC India; and (b) leasing an office tower in a hotel in Delhi.

SMPL, Techpark, and Accent are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Triguna and are also engaged in owning and developing Accor-branded hotels.
