IPR filings to get simplified on new e-portal

NEW DELHI, FEB 01, 2020: THE Budget has proposed to promote a digital platform that would facilitate seamless application and capture of IPRs. It also proposes an Institute of Excellence, a Centre that would be established to work on the complexity and innovation in the field of Intellectual Property.
To expand the base for knowledge-driven enterprises. Intellectual property creation and protection will play an important role. Several measures are proposed in this regard, which will benefit the Startups.
