Kerala RoC chasing fake LLPs

NEW DELHI , AUG 24, 2017: NETIZENS may recall the Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi has put its personal weight behind the drive to strangulate shell companies which largely assessed in money laundering. As a follow of action Kerala unit of the RoC, taking a leaf from West Bengal RoC has issued notice to 27 LLPs.

RoCs are appointed with the primary duty of registering companies and LLPs floated in the respective States and the Union Territories and ensuring that such companies and LLPs comply with statutory requirements.

While issuing the public notice, the RoC office has stated that the LLP concerned will be dissolved unless a valid reason is explained within 30 days.
